What we collect

From homeowners: your name, phone, email, service address, ZIP code, a description of the problem, and the reviews you leave. From pros: company details, contact information, service area, license number and account login. We also keep basic technical data (such as IP address) to prevent spam and abuse.

How it's shared

Your request (problem, urgency, ZIP and city) is shown to the pros you selected. Your name, phone, email and address are shown only to the one pro who accepts your request. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

To match you with pros, let you track your request, collect reviews, bill pros for leads, and keep ProRush safe. In the future we may send you text or email updates about your request.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our hosting provider. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Your tracking link is private: anyone with it can see your request's status, so keep it to yourself.

Your choices

You can ask ProRush to delete your request and personal information. (Contact details to be added.)
