What ProRush is

ProRush is a marketplace that connects homeowners with independent plumbing and HVAC companies ("pros"). ProRush does not perform plumbing or HVAC work and is not a party to any agreement between a homeowner and a pro.

For homeowners

Using ProRush is free. When you submit a request, it is sent to the pros you chose. The first pro to accept receives your contact details and service address so they can contact you about the job. Pricing, scheduling, warranties and the work itself are between you and the pro.

For pros

Pros must hold the licenses and insurance required where they work and keep their information accurate. When a pro accepts a lead, they owe ProRush the flat lead fee in effect at that moment, whether or not the homeowner ultimately hires them. Pros may not resell or share homeowner information.

Reviews

Only homeowners whose job was completed through ProRush can leave reviews. ProRush may hide reviews that are abusive, off-topic or appear fraudulent.

No guarantees

ProRush checks pros before they join but cannot guarantee their work, availability or response time. To the extent the law allows, ProRush is not liable for the work performed by pros.
